MEMORIAL VETERAN RIDERS HAVE AMALGAMATED
WITH THE VETERANS ARMY MOTORCYCLE CLUB.
As of 15 June 2010 the Memorial
Veteran Riders (MVR) organization has ceased its operations. After discussions with the executive of the
Veterans Army Motorcycle Club, I am pleased to announce that they have agreed to amalgamate the Memorial Veteran Riders with
the Veterans Army Motorcycle Club (VAMC).
The Veterans Army Motorcycle Club welcomes all Memorial Veteran Riders.
MVR members may apply immediately for membership in the Veterans Army at a reduced rate of $25.00 for the 2010 riding
season. Should a MVR member not wish to join the Veterans Army Motorcycle Club at this time, they may continue
to wear their MVR crest and to ride with the VAMC for the balance of the 2010 riding season.
If a MVR member wishes to be eligible to
participate with the VAMC in the 2011 riding season, they must apply for membership to the Veterans Army Motorcycle Club on
or before 31 December 2010.
You are invited to browse the VAMC website at www.vetsarmy.com and to send any questions, comments or concerns to the Club President, Ken “Grumpy” Carr at 'pres at vetsarmy
dot com'.
